Curiosity has always been a defining part of who I am. I like understanding how things work—especially people. I'm interested in the stories we tell ourselves, the ways we adapt, and how our experiences shape the way we move through the world.

Outside of therapy, that curiosity shows up in different ways. I have a habit of endlessly refining the spaces around me, not because I'm chasing perfection, but because I appreciate how atmosphere influences the way we feel. Whether it's a room, a playlist, or a conversation, I enjoy creating environments that invite people to settle in and be themselves.

I think those same qualities naturally find their way into my work as a therapist.
